There is something called WB method … listed on the wb screen. Likely says 3 … make it 0 … follow the instructions. Now it should stick outside the sm too.

In WB method 3 … you have to press enter to save your change to each value. The number changes color when you press enter.

not a repair question. I will move this to the panasonic plasma section in the SM codes.
