On recent panels, try:
With the TV off …
Press vol down and input on the side of the TV … Hold Down. Press the TV power button.
TV turns on … the front “w” should be flickering now …
Press the return button on the remote … The circular arrow button … not the enter button.
To save changes … go to user menu and activate the reset button and this writes the changes to the TV. Turn off … and then turn on again.
Grayscale is only done with RGB gain controls … nothing else. Use a 50% window pattern and set grayscale.
