“always try to use the original TV remote where possible. Things like Harmony remotes and other all in one remotes may not have all the buttons you need to press”

* Service Mode
* Using the remote control
* Press ENTER … ENTER … UP … DOWN … ENTER
* Up when it asks “do you want to enter the service mode?”.

* Remember to save your changes to the grayscale memory when you are done.

* Exit the Service menu by powering off … or … E,E, U,D,E and say Yes to exit.

This set of steps will get you to the Factory menu for many more controls.
Best to have the service manual in hand, though:

Enter….Enter……Left……Enter

then left for YEs …

Sony Service Menu
· Service Menu:
· ..Using the remote control
· ..Press (enter) (enter) (UP arrow) (DOWN arrow) (enter)
· ..Then (UP arrow) when it asks “do you want to enter the service mode?”
· ..Factory Mode:
· ..Using the remote control
· ..Press (enter) (enter) (LEFT arrow) (enter)
· ..Then (UP arrow) when it asks “do you want to enter the factory mode?”
o .Any additional menus usually pop up under the main INFORMATION menu
Enter enter left enter for ruby and pearl
