InactiveAppreciate some help…
I have a cal job for a customer in 2 days and the customer insists that I calibrate and lock the ISF Modes. I checked the service menu thread and there does not seem to be clear instructions on how to access and lock the ISF modes for this model…Anyone done one of this and can offer help….
Also, anything in particular to look out for? I hv not done any Mits in a long time…
Thanks

InactiveI don’t know how much this will help you, but I just did an HC7800.
I was able to interface with it using ControlCal V1_50, but that really did not prove to be any benefit; in fact, I ended up abandoning that and just using the user menu.
CC didn’t open up any new modes. I ended up calibrating a user mode.
CR was poor, only 1200:1 or so, and blue was undersaturated. It had a multipoint WB control at odd intervals and a CMS. Interestingly, it had no horizontal lens shift.October 31, 2014 at 9:55 am #3068Anonymous
InactiveThanks Chad.
Seems like the older HC4000 series when it comes to gamma and colour. Hope someone knows how to unlock the ISF modes.

Just use the 4900 Display Profile as the example for Mitsubishi and select Edit from the ControlCAL Menu.

Shawn,
I guess it still does not allow access to ISF modes as they seem to need some code to enable?
Also, I have postponed the calibration until I find a way of enabling the hidden ISF modes. If anyone comes across the codes, pls advise.
Am pending a reply from Mitsubishi.
