I did one. I was pleasantly surprised at the strong light output and pretty deep blacks after calibration. Color saturations, esp blue, were not as good as I’d like to see, but acceptable. In the color checker the largest errors were in the orange region after cal. I got great gamma and grayscale tracking. I think there were quite a few gotchas in the multipoint, but I overcame them somehow (don’t remember all the details). I liked it.
I think I’ve done a 7000u before, though I can’t find the calibration report for it on my computer. From what I remember, the 8000’s dynamic range was much better.
