Question is … was there a SM where there might have been greater levels of adjustment range?
Lots of sets are like that … minimal range in the user side and macro range in the SM.
I have not seen a Philips set in a long time …last one was a CRT set I recall.
Sometimes on the low end … you might adjust it and let the dE readings be your guide. Get it to as low as it can get and double check it with your eyes.
