Called Panasonic to put in a trouble call to fix my SM and they told me by going into the SM I voided the warranty. I told them I was a certified calibrator but they said only authorized panasonic techs can go into the SM. SO this means that everyone who has had a calibration has voided their warranty. Anyone ever had a similar incident? Are the other manufacturers singing the same song?
