Hi Group,
I went to the sports book at Aria Hotel in LV and saw two of the biggest Panasonic plasmas ever! The casino staff said they were 16′ x 9′. Looking at them it sounded possible, they are huge! Doing the math, they would have to be 223″ diagonal. Does Pany make anything that large. I thought 153″ was max. Anyone else been there or seen anything as big at other venues?

Biggest is 152″ or so … unless it is rear projected … or a video wall …

Although upon second thought…considering it is Vegas with the splash Vegas is known for, it is not a far stretch to assume they are customs for the hotel. Certainly, they have the money for such a venture and “one up’ping the Jones” is what Vegas is all about. 🙂

Whatever they are, the picture is incredibly good. If you are closer than about 20′, you can see the pixel grid. 30′ is much better. It was like the beginnings of HD all over again. I was watching soccer and I hate soccer.
