Hi, I have a potential client who is concerned about a buzzing noise from his VT65 and is wondering whether he should have the panel checked by Panasonic prior to calibration by myself. His message to me is below. I’d appreciate your opinion before I get back to him. Thanks!
“The tv is lately (and I believe increasingly) emitting a distinctive 50hz noise that increases in intensity with the brightness of the picture. This is louder than the fans (which you can only/barely hear with sound off).
Should I make use of the warranty before carrying out the panel calibration?”
