    For anyone who uses Colorfacts as software: have any of you had problems generating reports?

    Earlier this year I’ve had issues of not being able to generate a report at all to this now…and I’ll attach the Adobe file. I’ve been intending to post my calibration reports online, but they all look like this now. I can’t even give my client a report 😡

    What should I do? Do you think uninstalling and reinstalling the whole program will fix it?

    change the default font size in windows ?

    does this do this for all report options ?

    Bringing up old reports already saved as Adobe files on my computer come up perfectly fine. If I try to generate that same report over again through the reporting wizard, it’s messed up like the above. So, I can only conclude it’s not my Adobe settings ’cause all other Adobe files (even non-colorfacts files) work a-ok. It’s gotta be within my colorfacts.

    oh I figured this out. when I went to get my business cards printed, the print centre changed my Adobe creator page set-up as Business card…which is why the image is all messed up. this was fixed long ago – forgot to reply!

    He has the THX software already 🙂

    Just some issues with talking with the CS1000 which Derek is working on.
