i1Pro2 isn’t recognized with ChromaPure

Hi,

I am having problem with my i1pro2.
It is no longer recognized when I want to initialize.

I tested all USB ports and replace the cable, but it’s still the same error.
When I plug the i1pro2, my computer tells me that I plug in a device, but I can not identify in ChromaPure.
Hand against the display 3 is recognized.

Do you mishandling on my part where a malfunction of the device?

REboot the computer …

un-install and re-install the program
