PAN 50G20 – Different gamut early/later TVs

Maybe I missed the boat on this discussion somewhere…I remember having the issue on last year’s sets and apparently on this year’s VT models.
Regarding THX colour points:
I calibratated a client’s 50G20 Friday night. Colour gamut was virtually spot on for primaries AND secondaries.
I spent Saturday at my supporting retailer and did their floor 50G20.
Primaries and secondaries were both wrong. Secondaries were very wrong…magenta visually to blue. Green undersaturated and too bright, red wrong, etc… The picture looked underwhelming.
The display is the from the first run. It’s probably been on the floor since March/April. The one I calibrated the night before is new stock.
Did THX make a change? Was there an update to this unit at sometime? All other G20s I’ve done have been correct. This is the first one I’ve done that isn’t.
BTW, I had a 50S2 mounted right above it. Black level is noticably higher when playing night scenes. The G-series is lower…so their Infinite Black is not just marketing hype…
