I calibrated a Panasonic Pro plasma last week. I tried to access the service menu us ing Michael’s method however the remote did not have a recall, status, or info button. Because of that I was not able to get into the service menu and completed the calibration in user mode.

The end result came out fine with a dE < 5 from 20 IRE to 90 IRE, but it sure would be better to make the changes in the SM. Any ideas on how to access it on this model?

If the remote is like all other Panny Pro panels (gray 1X2 boxy thing) then the “info” button is the “+” round button on the lower right corner of the cursor key area.

i did 2 on friday. I just used the user menus.
