Red 4K 3D Laser Projector – ‘No calibration’

I just read the news that Red will be bringing out a 4K 3d laser projector for under $10k later this year. With Red advertising 25,000 hours laser life and “no calibration” are we all soon going to be out of a job :confused: Surely the preponderance of different screens and room decor will mean that projectors will always require a calibration?
Anyone know more about this projector? It sounds really exciting.
