I haven’t tried that method, since I have a service remote. I’ll give it a try and report back.

I just tried it twice and that method does not work. Perhaps the authorized dealer can obtain a service remote for you.

    Mark,
Is this the same as the samsung DLP service codes?
If so..I have a pronto CCF file that has it…if you have a pronto TSU1000.

I will know tomorrow……but I may also have 2 pronto TSU1000’s for sale with all my service codes on it..if anyone is interested.

    Alan,

How do you access the SM on this PJ?

As an authorized local dealer, I have a service remote. Part of the requirements of being a dealer is to have access to the tools and skills to install and calibrate the projector properly. I am bound under an NDA to not distribute the remote codes. If an owner of the 800/900 series needs a calibration, they will need to contact a dealer for assistance. These are protected products, marketed in a manner that supports qualified dealers who commit to carry them.

Projectror remote sequence is as follows:
Menu – Return – Info – Exit – Power On
must be done with projector off.

Alan can you please check this?

    Thanks

There is no “Return” button on the projector remote.

Sorry about that! I’m not at my office and my assistant grabbed the wrong remote while I tried coaching him over the phone. I just called him back. He was able to call up the service mode using the sequence you suggested, this time using the right remote.
