Samsung LED UE65ES8080 – Chromapure Message error.

Hello,

I try to calibrate a Samsung LED UE65ES8080 and I started by a Pre Calibration.
In the same time that the soft Chromapure check each step of the greyscal, I had the follow message:

” You need to take another Dark Measurment” Then I press OK and I had another message: Dark reading:

” This setting does not apply to this meter”

This is the first time a get this problem!

Can you tell me what I need to do.

hmm..i know I answered this right after you posted….anyways…here it is again….

Reboot the PC. Then reconnect the meter. When you initialize the meter make sure you have it on a black surface.

Let us know if this resolves the problem.

I restart my computer et reinitialize the meter and it’s ok!
