I’m interested in how to manualy adjust IRE level for Window1 and Window2.

On the screen with the two window options, on the left, the bottom choice is IRE adjust. Push that and then use the + – buttons on the right to adjust it up or down. Hope that helps.

FYI, all the Sencore generators were made by Quantum Data.
