THX states that in order for a business to display the THX CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL ON STAFF logo it must “employ” a THX Certified Professional. There is an installation business I might work with but only as an independent contractor, not a W2 employee. I suppose this is pushing it but can this business display the above logo as long as I am working with them?

I do stuff for a number of stores and install companies and they do tell people they offer the service through me. They have not been too keen to use the thx logos though. That’s them … not me.
